Day 1: Arrival at Marco Polo airport and transfer by private car to Venice (Piazzale Roma). Accommodation in one of the most romantic and luxurious hotels of Venice, which is developed within the walls of an historic 16th Century palazzo, now completely renovated respecting both its environment and history. Free lunch. In the early afternoon meeting with a local guide for a walk through the streets of the historic center of Venice. The first highlight of your Venice Walking Tour is St. Mark’s Square, with the description of the majestic St. Mark’s Basilica, the elegant Doge’s Palace, theClock Tower and Procuratie. From St. Mark’s Square, passing through St. Maria Formosa, you will reach SS. Giovanni and Paolo Square, where the guide will explain the famous Pantheon. After this, you will see the Scuola Grande di St. Marco, called also Great School of Charity, the Captains of Fortune and finally you will reach Marco Polo’s house, where our guide will tell you all about the famous traveller and his epic journey. Finally yet importantly, you will head back to St. Mark’s square admiring the Malibran Theatre and stepping across the famous Mercerie, once the commercial lifeline between Rialto and St. Mark’s Square, today Venice’s main shopping district. At the end, you can choose to live the magical experience of a gondola ride in Venice accompanied by an authentic Venetian gondolier. Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. Then an excursion to discover the picturesque islands of Murano and Burano with a private boat ride from Venice. This is the right opportunity for those who wish to explore the islands of Murano and Burano without being in a hurry, with enough time to stroll around the islands and get lost into their beauty and more hidden corners. A local assistant will assistant will accompany you where you in a a panoramic view and leave towards the northern part of the lagoon. Some explanations will be provided along the way. The first stop will be Murano Island, famous for its glass production and picturesque views. Here, we will have the chance to visit a glass factory and observe a local artist giving shape to a glass piece of art. Follows some free time to either continue visiting the glass factory and shop, or go around the island. Just let yourself be amazed by Murano Island… but also remember to get back in time to the boat to leave for the next highlight: Burano Island. This island is famous for its colorful houses and apart from being a paradise for photography lovers, it is home to a long tradition of lace production. Enough free time will be left to stroll around the island and enjoy the peaceful atmospheres that can still be found here. With eyes full of beauty and camera cards full of memories to cherish, we will then catch our boat ride back to Venice. Free lunch. In the afternoon, a private car will take you to the last destination of your romantic weekend, Verona. For the night you will located in the very heart of the city of Verona. Here you can find a restful, peaceful spot that nestles at the crossroads between reality and fantasy. It is exclusive place, where you may rest body and soul before continuing your journey in the world. Verona is the city of lovers, will give you unique moments with your sweetheart. The accommodation for the night will be in a historical dwelling near the courtyard of Juliet’s house, opposite the famous balcony, symbolizes the most romantic place in the world.

Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel, after which a guide will be waiting to guide you to the discovery of Verona, whose historical center is a unique blend of the Renaissance, Medieval and Roman architectonic styles. Our guide will walk you through the city’s worldwide most famous monuments. First stop is the magnificent roman Arena di Verona, which becomes a spectacular outdoor opera house during summer. From the Arena di Verona the guide will walk you down the famous shopping street Via Mazzini down to Via Cappello. Two minutes away from Via Cappello, you will be taken to the house of Juliet. Here you can find the romantic balcony made famous by Shakespeare’s tragedy and a bronze statue of Juliet. After visiting the house of Juliet, we will go back the way we came from to reach Piazza delle Erbe, the ancient center of Verona. At Piazza delle Erbe we will get on top of Torre dei Lamberti, where you will be able to enjoy a magnificent view over the city. Last stop will be Castelvecchio and Castelvecchio Bridge, where the guide will explain the origins and purposes of one of the most prominent examples of Gothic architecture of that age. At the end of the visit free time. End of services. (Possibility of transfer for return to their places of origin).
